Step one. We evaluate your design and select the appropriate code-compliant specifications.

Step three. Alongside you or as your advocate, we go to the local building department, explaining the benefits of speed, quality, oversight, performance, minimal neighborhood disruption, and safety that come with OPA.
Step four. We partner with local inspectors to verify our knowledge of the code and determine the inspection requirements.
Step five. From here, there are several possible outcomes. Your design may be approved based on our building methods without any in-factory inspection requirements. The building department may ask for photos and factory visits. Or your state or town may require a third-party inspections process in the factory (which we already do, regardless).
