ONE PRECISION ASSEMBLIES™ projects are delivered through a coordinated process that combines CertainTeed's engineering, manufacturing, and field expertise with your construction team and installation partners. From project planning through installation and post-install support, OPA helps streamline the path from design to occupancy.

Pre-Construction

Design, Permit & Manufacture
Work with us to customize your assembly and achieve your performance goals. Whether your project is already permitted or still in development, we can help navigate permitting, coordinate foundation requirements, and manufacture and inspect your panels before delivery. OPA is backed by ICC-ES Evaluation Report ESR-5311, providing additional confidence during code review and approval.

Installation

Install & Seal
We deliver your panels ready for assemly, including structural framing, insulation, windows, and more. Your crew quickly raises the panels on site with support from an on-site CertainTeed expert, then seals the home.

Post-Installation

Support Beyond the Build
Beyond installation, you'll have access to ongoing technical support and the assurance of a single warranty for the building envelope.
